Hello, 

I think that XSL has been theorized to be Japanese
Naval PSK.  Im not sure if it has been positively ID'd
as such, but I could be wrong.  

Try listening just around local sunset and at night
for the Pirate CW Beacons.  You'd probably have a
better chance of receiving them around those times.
