[Spooks] 11.566/20.892 CW?

20.892 logged at 1700, 11.566 logged at 1800 ( ended at 1835 )
Was bored and connected my spectrum analyzer* to my T2FD, and
these two signals were the strongest by several dB of *any* from
2-30Mhz when they were on. Very rare on IC-756Pro to see a signal
over S9+40 either, but both these were a bit stronger than that, much
stronger than any of the SWBC that were on at the time.
Just general comment. Where have these been DF'ed to, if they
have at all? No directional antenna here, unfortunately.

*On my boatanchor HP 8551 looking at *everything* these stations
were at least 3 dB above any other signal on HF. Just thought it was
odd....
