[Spooks] Mystery/Pirate CW Beacons

Recently there have been some reports of some low power CW beacons on 
HF, presumably operating out of the Southwestern USA. I've written up 
what little is known about them at the URL below, I'll be updating it 
as I get more information.

I'd greatly appreciate receiving any reports of these stations, or 
any background information, especially from any of the operators if 
they'd like to share it! I'll keep as confidential anything so 
requested.
