[Spooks] Traffic increase at conflict situations?

Hi there,
I'm monitoring number stations for only six months now. However, I think
I've read that traffic increases at conflict situations, such as the iraq war,
which would make sense in my eyes. Anyway, I think I've taken this
information from some web pages I visted to introduce myself into number
stations, some months ago, but I'm not sure.
Most of you are probably monitoring them for a much longer time than I
do. At the last iraq war I didn't know about number stations. How about
your experience, does the traffic increase at conflict situations?
If yes, how does it increase? What have you noticed? Which stations increase
their traffic? For instance, the 'big ones' (E03/E10 ...) seem to send so
much dummy messages (I guess so) that nobody would probably notice
that they really increased their traffic. But there are lot's of other
stations which transmit more infrequently. So, I guess by monitoring them
we could notice if they increase traffic, couldn't we?
Cheers,
Oliver
