[Spooks] Informaciòn about date and time of the program in Bavarian TV

I just phoned the Bavarian TV to find out the time of the transmission
about the numbers stations. It is on Sunday, March 7th, 15.00 UTC, during
the media magazine. I will call them again on Friday before the
transmission (March 5th) to be definitly sure about the "shedule", because
they told me, that it is only 90 % sure so far.
