[Spooks] V2c goofs

Hi Guys:

    Today V2c finished its 2000z sked on 7887m.  It then changed freqs in
readiness for the 2100z sked and began its callup and went into traffic at
2052z.  Realizing his mistake, he promptly stopped broadcasting traffic at
2058z.  Remained silent until 2100z and then began the scheduled callup and
traffic once again.  The callup is A888 16x2 A252 166x1 A888 16x2 (R3).
    Yesterday 12/12/04 he began the 2200z sked on the 2100z freq of 6855m.
After a while, realizing the boss wasn't going to like this, he stopped in
mid-broadcast and changed to the correct freq of 6797m.  The callup for this
sked was A346 72x5 (R3).
    You gotta love these Cuban operators.  They sure do keep things
interesting!
