Notes:
    Just when I say M8c is the format of choice, the M8a format shows back
up on early morning skeds!!!
    Note the 1900z sked had a Cuban (?) voice broadcast come on with a man
and woman and music intro.  It stopped at 1901z and the V2c broadcast took
over.  Very interesting!!!  The "numbers" personnel must moonlight as DJ's.
