[Spooks] 8097 kHz 1900z V2 with Radio Habana lead-in

Another fine job today by Castro's Clowns, today's 1900z 8097 kHz 
transmission started with Radio Habana audio (in Spanish) until Pedro 
realized he was not sufficiently dedicated to the revolution, and 
switched into V2 (presumably V2c) in progress at 1901.  S9+ here in 
Maryland.

Viva la revolucion.
