[Spooks] V2c Interval Signal

I was listening for V2c on 7887 for the 2000 UTC
transmission... the carrier signed on about 1952 and
at 1958 Radio Habana Cubas interval signal came on and
played untill 2000 UTC untill numbers began being read
off (no callups) Funny enough that some of the
interval signal sounded out of tune. :D
