I use it quite a bit. I like to tune in to the numbers stations, and their
schedules change and stations and frequencies come and go.
By using the database, I can tell what has changed recently and what has
not. For instance, I used it to find several E10 transmissions last night.
By the way, I didn't hear a single M8 or V2 transmission last night on any
expected frequency. They are either having serious transmitter
problems ... or ... who knows?
The database is provided for us SWL's to use. It wouldn't surprise me if
different agencies keep an eye on it, but that isn't its purpose.
