I haven't heard them up until this evening, either.  V2a is transmitting 
on 4479 at this moment.  The signal is REALLY bad. It's also weaker than 
I'd expect.

But for the last few days I have tried to find them on the usual 
frequencies at 1200-1300Z and 0300-0500Z with nothing heard. I have had 
limited time to listen lately, but they are usually on the frequencies 
I've checked out.  Maybe they're just getting active again?
