[Spooks] V2 and M8 vanished?

Hi, 

I just received a note from a dxer who routinly monitors the V2a and M8a signals
at 1100, 1200, 1300, 1700, 1800 and 1900 UTC, 7 days a week. 

He noticed that since hurricane Charley passed over Cuba (13 Aug) all the DGI
transmissions completely disappeared. Charley probably destroyed their stuff.

Did anyone else noticed this? Are other stations from that area down also?
