E 10 (or E 10 a) broadcast, very poor at 0133 - 0157.  "...echo ... Kilo
..." to 3 letter group (lg) phonetic message.  (I think because the signal
was in and out of the static floor so I didn't hear many complete groups.)

Another broadcast started at 0203.
0203 "Echo, Kilo, India ..."
0206 "message, message" the 3 lg's.
0212 "message, message ... Group 3, group 3 ... Text, text" then 5 lg's.
0214 "message, message 3 lg's for about 5 sets, then 5 lg's
0219 off.

I listened to the recording, and it was "Echo, Kilo, India" at the
beginning, and not "Echo, Zulu, India"

Starting again at 0233.
