[Spooks] The "What is it?" signal stopped

Hi Ary, Simon P., Blitz and Donner:-),

of course, also I heard this very interesting sound, which Ary has on his
homepage. Here it stopped at 1815 UTC and didn't come back again. 

I think, it's a utility station, but not numbers related. Such or similar
signals I heard in the 80s and at the beginning of the 90s more often.
These signals were only one day on air. They were also musical ones, but
different as this signal on 8625 from today.
