[Spooks] M8 family?-format question on bdcst. Today

Hi Mark:

    I logged this sked also, but did not listen to the whole thing.  I
dropped it after the initial callup and beginning of first message.
    The Cubans are known for their screw-ups in broadcasting.  Currently,
since about December 2003, they are using "OE" for the old "AR" and "K" for
the former "BT" in their format.  The "E" in "OE" is more like a partial dit
than a full dit.
    Because of this, the Enigma Board has changed the designation of the M8a
skeds to M8c.  This took place in July 2004.
    I am really not sure what you heard.  It sounds like another goof by
Castro's broadcast team!  It could have been a message longer than the
standard 150 groups.  I did copy a 151 group message by M8 (the designation
at the time, where the group count was sent with the callup), back in 1996,
but that was the only time I ever encounter other than 150 groups in an M8a
or V2a family sked.
    If you recorded this, could you post it?
