    The UNID target on 14416 was "Enigma M12".  Format is like this example:

749 749 749    000 (R5)           Meaning no message.
                                   or
749 749 749    1 (R5)    1573 143 1573 143     Meaning:

To 749, 1 message, Msg #1573 of 143 5 figure groups.  This family ends skeds
with 000 000 or TTT TTT in cut zeroes.

The message is sometimes repeated on a further two frequencies. If the
message is sent on the hour then there will be the same message sent at
Hour+20 Hour+40, Hour+25 Hour+45, or Hour+30 Hour+50, this depends on length
of message and speed sent.  M12 can be found on at any time.
