Mark, that is Varna Radio, Varna Bulgaria's CW marker, it's a maritime
station. Not too spooky unless you have an unnatural fear of Bulgarians..
heehee.

They do QSL with a form letter reply - send an email with your signal
report to radio at navbul.com (I think I remembered that addy right)

Many of the stations heard in the maritime bands are just channel
markers, such as SVO (Olympia Radio, Greece) that is sometimes
heard underneath E3 on 12603 khz. (though for some reason I
seem to be the only one who logged the two as being on the same freq,
and misidentified SVO as IVO at that *blush*)
