[Spooks] Unid 14 and 18 Mhz

Freq approximate since mode is unknown to me.

Earlier today I came across an unid on ~18086, 18090.5 while
I was searching for ALE signals this afternoon and around
The two signals are still there, they are identical in sound
to an ALE signal. I am copying the same type signal now on
14727 and 14730.5 approx.

Closest match on the digital signals page is with ALE.
Closest match to my ears that are used to tuning into
such signals is with ALE, other than these signals have
been constant for several hours, unlike ALE.

It is good copy here in TN and on the Venezuela "DX Tuner"
remote RX.
