[Spooks] E10

Hello all,

Right now (20:30z) I hear E10 on 5444 Khz.  Is this a new frequency or is
this a regular frequency?  ID is ART, and it just started at 2030z.

It is currently passing 2 messages, the first is 161 grps long, and it hasnt
gotten to the second one yet.
