[Spooks] unidentified pip

Hi all

On 11058.75 and 18431.25 kHz i'am hearing a second pip in CW mode , it is
interrupted by a irregular series of dots during 5 seconds every minute ,it
seems to broadcast for 24 hours a day.
Signal strenght is weak .
I posted this also in the WUN mailing list some months ago ,but i have not
seen any observations of it so far .
I wonder or this is of any local origin or that anyone else is hearing this.
