[Spooks] unid numbers station

Hi all,

Richard sent me a sound sample of a numbers station that resembles E20 but with
a different voice -male instead of female.

Logged on 11 Sept at 1700 UTC on 8170 khz, EE/OM.
ID 671 (2 messages) first 840 35 06923 etc
2nd 928 30 65452 etc, ended 00000

Richard says "Never heard this particular voice before."
