Hi Chris,

  It certainly does (like its sister stations V2 and V2a), although the
schedule changes over time (perhaps seasonal, perhaps something random, I
have not done the analysis).

  JMM has written some software which analyzes the spooks database and
other sources and produces 'psuedo-schedules'. You can see the result here:

  It's fun to try to monitor all the known past and current skeds for a
station for a while to make JMM's tables a complete and accurate schedule.
I do this occasionally with V2/V2a.
