To Chris Smolinski and anyone else who's been discussing the censorship
thing -
where did you get the information that radios and TVs in North Korea are
tuned to a fixed frequency? I don't dispute it given the nature of the
Hermit Kingdom but I'd prefer to have it confirmed (for Amnesty purposes ya
know!)
