My understanding of radios and tv's in N. Korea are that they are modifed
to be 'fixed frequency'.

I logged a S. Korean clandestine the other day, and the writeup I found on
the internet indicated they used the freq they did because it was once used
by state media in N. Korea so presumably sets there could pick it up.

Which leads me to wonder, I remember at one point due to the "sunshine
policy" both N. and S. Korea reduced/eliminated propaganda and numbers
broadcasts at each other. Is this still the case? Do any of the monitors in
Asia on this list monitor these stations?
