[Spooks] Re:Bands

Helo to all,
My strategy is to use the Spooks database, but also to search.  The best =
bands to search are the ones listed "Fixed Service."  There are many =
places to find where they are.  I use Monitoring Times magazine's =
shotwave spectrum guide, available on their website.  Good Luck.
