1700z was 14942kHz, 1720z would have been 134nnkHz and the 1740z freq would
have been 121nnkHz.
The 1 after the initial id states that only one message would be sent. The
voice is peculiar to E07 whilst the ending 000-000 matches that stated in
the ENIGMA Control list [available from the file section of ENIGMA 2000
