[Spooks] what's this?

picked up on 6914 at 2348 UTC (finished at 2350) what sounded like a
synthesized female voice repeating a group of four words or numbers, all I
could pick out was two two-syllable words, followed by what sounded like
"November, two." Sound familiar? 73s Sue
