[Spooks] Possible new V2 freq

Sunday, March 23, UT 2302, tuning around I could have sworn that
I heard V2 in progress on 15819 kHz USB.  It was, however,
badly garbled by what sounded like a soccer game on 15820 LSB,
presumably an Argentine FM feeder.  It was gone by 2307, so it
would have had to be a short message or an early start.  Or my
ears were playing tricks on me.  The frequency might be worth
keeping an eye on, though.
