[Spooks] M20???

Hi all,

Is M20 is return on the air???
thuesday 18/03/03 since 20:40 utc I can heard some Vs who are sending on
6809 khz.
At 21:00 in continues. always on the air at 21:21 utc
signal is weak from my locator + little fadding.
Probably eastern signal (chinese???).
