[Spooks] TR: counter digit

Hi all,

It was 20h30 in UTC,10/03/03 when I found this M???  station on 4073 khz:
call sign?or ID?  0432  reapeat 8 times then 0433 repeat 8 times.......(like
a counter)
at 23h20 in UTC always on the air.

any ideas?
