[Spooks] Possible incoming E10 string activity

At 2151Z MIW2 (e.g. 6912 kHz) and KPA2 (e.g. 6370 kHz) are active, out 
of their usual H+15-H+20 time slot.

It is possible some E10 string activity has recently taken or 
(hopefully) will soon take place with these two callsigns.
