[Spooks] Can you folks give a listen to 10106.4 CW?

Greetings!

Can you folks give a listen to an intermittent cw signal on 10.106.4?  It
has been on the last few days at approx. 0945-1100Z +

It has been automatically sent CW approx. 15 wpm. It is weak in the eastern
central USA, and many have presumed that it is someone perhaps in that
vicinity.  However, on the off chance it may be something else and some of
the experienced listeners may pick up something about it's origin.  If you
have the ability to take a bearing, that would also be greatly
appreciated...
