[Spooks] E4, E10, and V2a

Hi all, 

Caught an E4 tonight, at 01:00 on 21866,
inaudible/extremely weak, could only tell station was
there by song at beginning of xmsn.  I think there was
a simulcast on 19884, couldn't tell though.

E10 on 11565 at 1:00, tuned in during message, fair
signal.

Caught a V2a while trying my hand at tropical band
dxing, at 1:00 on 3889, voice very distorted, couldn't
even tell what lady was saying in spanish.
