[Spooks] E3

Hi all,

E3 on 11545 at 22:00, simulcasting same on 10426, 
signal on 11545 at first was weak/poor then improved
to poor/fair, would have had a strong signal on 11545
if not for local Tstorm producing alot of static. 
Signal on 10426 was covered by RTTY. ID was 61495.  

Unfortunately had to turn off my radio because
lightining from Tstorm was getting less than a mile
away from the house, so I'm guessing E3 went off the
air at about 22:47.
