[Spooks] Help with E03 and E04

[Chris Acuff]

Hi all,

Does anybody know when E03 and E04 usually transmit,
(what day of the week and what time of day, that kinda
thing)?  E03 was the first numbers station I ever
listened to, and I would like to keep tabs on it.  I
would also like to catch an E04 transmission. If
anybody can help me with this, please email me.
