Hello to all:
     I have heard a CW station twice now on 4320, but it is not in the
database.  It begins each message "VVV DE IAR."  Some have listed a V22 as
having a similar pattern, but it is not in the ENIGMA ID list.  Does anyone
know what I heard? Thanks.
