Igor, with a few exceptions ("gvf," "mvf," "gth," "ov," maybe "ktpg"
so far--I'm about two-thirds through), this appears to make valid
Korean syllables if copied as Hangul Morse.  The only trick then is
to try to combine them into words if one, such as myself, lacks any
knowledge of Korean.  As a rough cut, it seems to begin

CQ CQ CQ de BR6 BR6 QTC QTC
KAKKUK CHUJAE TAEP'YO MUNGAP NR 0212 0212 =
HYEOKMYEONG HWALDONG-SEON CHEONJEON KEON WI TAEHAN CHANGGUN
NIM-KKE SEO NEUN....

Whether this means anything is beyond me, but the "changgun nim-kke
seo neun" repeats throughout the message as an apparent divider.
