[Spooks] V2a & E10

Hi all,

I've been busy all day and have only caught the following
skeds. 

    5884    V2a Sat   01122003 0501   AM YLSS In prog 

The stn was having trouble with the VOX and the carrier
was dropping out during call-up an throughout the msg.

   11565   E10 Sat   01122003 0503   AM  YLEE  ID: EZI2  off at 0504

I checked thru the Database and it looks like this freq is usually
used on sked times between 1600 and 2130z, except for 0500
on Tue. The signal was as strong as V2a, who just cleared that
freq a few minutes earlierfrom a previous sked. 
Would this be a new freq/time. This is my 1st E10 catch.
Are E10 stns usually well over S-9 as this one was?
