Laurent,

When I looked at the text of the message, I saw some interesting =
things. =20

I cut the five figure groups up as follows:

15 2 3 999 542

81509 52168 73425 96767 16317 97888 05073 51271 34296

86916	46424 45525 25109 40150 12426 41352 19791 33442

06210 53971 95487 47582 55029 08609 86

542

I then divided what appears to be the mesasge text into dinomes

81 50 95 21 68 73 42 59 67 67 16 31 79 78 88 05 07 35 12 71

34 29 68 69 16 46 42 44 55 25 25 10 94 01 50 12 42 64 13 52

19 79 13 34 42 06 21 05 39 71 95 48 74 75 82 55 02 90 86 09 86

The anomaly (strange thing) is that there are a number of repeated
dinomes in the text, too many for this to be a random cipher. Note =
that=20
the number 42 appears four times. This is too many times for a message=20
this short.

Unfortunately, the text is too short to work on in any greater depth,
that is why I wanted to know if you had any other messages.

Bob

Interesting message,

Note first two groups can be parsed as follows:

15 2 3 999 542

message observed 14/02/03 @ 2020z

last group of message parses as 86 542

note, last three digits of group are repeat of
last three digits of second group (following the possible
stutter group of 999)

In addition, dinome count of text reveals apparent anomalies

can you supply any other details of this message
CW or voice (language)?

Have you copied in full any similar messages?

Does anyone have an idea as to identity?
