Hi Robert,

I try to bring more details.
unid station use morse language.
when I catch it, the ID 120 was sending for 5 min (I don't watch my time),
It was 20:20 in UTC when the transmission starting.
Each 5 fg groups were sending in blocks.
I supposed that the transmission were about 12 wpm?
sometimes there was a little fadding it's possible that I can heard a 2 for
a 3.

what do you mean by anomalie?

Note first two groups can be parsed as follows:

message observed 14/02/03 @ 2020z

last group of message parses as 86 542

note, last three digits of group are repeat of
last three digits of second group (following the possible
stutter group of 999)

In addition, dinome count of text reveals apparent anomalies

can you supply any other details of this message
CW or voice (language)?

Have you copied in full any similar messages?

Does anyone have an idea as to identity?
