[Spooks] oriental music

This is an official (though not officially recognized) jammer of the Chinese
authorities, which can be heard on all kinds of frequencies (check the ILG
frequency lists for more details). It can often be heard on frequencies
where the Voice of Free Asia transmits (or any other stations that are not
considered friendly towards the Chinese government).
