[Spooks] spy station help?

I'm the aforementioned friend.  From what I was hearing, if it was morse, it
would not have been WLO.  It would have been either I-I-E or I-T-E.

Could very well be a marine station, I don't know, but I know that it didn't
sound like it was going with WLO.
