Good morning to the group,

For the last couple of weeks, I've been listening to m-08a on
9.330 while driving to work - 1015Z +/-

Today I tuned to 9.238 for the same station. The signal strength
was much lower.

Looking at the current propagation conditions, there is not much
difference in conditions to account for the difference in signal
strength. 9.330 has been regularly strong S-5 to S-6. Today
the strength was S-2 to S-3.

Does anyone know if the location of the transmitting station
varies or if the intended target area varies? Or is this just a
case of bad propagation or was this a different station?

Todays sending was extremely poor - letters were ran together
and the dahs were very elongated. The sending was quite
difficult to copy.

Similar question for the sending - I'm just causually listening but
the sending on 9.330 is pretty good, possibly even computer
generated. Any comments on the differences?

Thanks

Dan
