[Spooks] Numbers Loggings

Hi all, 

Here are my numbers loggings from 8/5 and early 8/6:

16314  E3  14:00z  ID is 21818, fair/mostly readable

8464  E3  15:00z  ID is ????, very weak/unreadable.

6715  E15  16:30z  Possible English Man?  very
weak/unreadable

12603  E3  21:20  ID is 70869,  fair/mostly readable,
fading in and out of static

9130  E10  01:00z  Sounds like EZI?, weak/mostly
unreadable

11565  E10  1:30z  into messsage, weak/mostly
unreadable

6840  E10  1:30z  into message, fair/kinda readable

5434.6  XM  1:00z  XM on again tonight, weird signal
really, never heard anything like it,
What are the probable uses of a station like this? 
Russians maybe? Sounds like it has 
voices in it, strong signal, S5

7918  E10  2:00z  Sounds like Y??, very weak/mostly
unreadable

9260  V2a  2:00z  into message, signal very strong,
S9, can be heard from 9256 - 9262,
tape sounds like it has some errors on it, some
numbers are not completed, ex: Tr.. Un..
voice is distorted, but you can tell what numbers she
is saying.  Came back at 2:24z to make 
a recording, noticed it was gone, but I'm still
getting an S9 carrier, carrier gone at 2:42z
Maybe V2 or Cuban quality broadcasting?

12180  V2a  2:00z  into message, signal very strong,
S9, more distorted than 9260 xmsn.

4479  V2a  3:00z I don't know Spanish, so I don't know
the callup, strong signal, S7, distorted

10426  V2a  3:00z  into message, strong signal, S6,
distorted
