On the new chart it will be seen that 6945//10582kHz is being used on Mon &
Tues at 's1740z.' The s prefix on the chart will denote S10D.
Slavic Desk will be investigating this further.
It is feasible that Tom meant 15/04 and not 15/03. The text of his message
stated  "tonight".
