[Spooks] a couple of odd things heard

hey all

I have a couple of small oddities for your perusal:

I tuned in last night to 10447 to see if there was going to be a V2
broadcast. Using USB I heard what sounded like a hummy carrier...a good
sign. At 0350 and 0355 there were brief bursts of CW, content unknown, and
then a minute or so later the carrier went dead. Any idea what the CW might
have said based on previous example?

Also, on Thursday 3/27, 0037 I heard a very slowly repeating two dashes in
CW on 6562 kHz. Fairy strong signal, but the second dash seems to be
consistently much weaker. Any clues?
