Hi John:
    I believe from your description and the fact that this target sends each
5D group twice, that you have intercepted M10.  I believe he has a Monday
sked at 1920z.  Also, 10125m seems to be one of the freqs in his repertoire.
Perhaps one of  you other readers can confirm this.
    At any rate, I am almost sure that this is not of the M13 family format.
    Check the above freq out next Monday at about 1920z and see if he comes
back up.  Be warned though, he may change freq with the new month.  If that
is the case, search from 8-12 mhz and look for the familiar "555" indicator
of M10 and the two addressees he usually calls up each sked.  The callup
will last about 5 minutes before he goes into traffic.
