Chris,

Even if the guy physically and consciously subscribed to the list....he 
still asked nicely to be removed...  Sure, he could have looked in the 
headers of each email (FYI: I have nothing at the bottom of *any* emails 
telling me how to remove myself, all information regarding that is in the 
headers) there's no reason to act so childish, and/or try to reprimand or 
teach a lesson...we're all adults here.
