[Spooks] MFA/FAPSI Moscow activity

Hi Russian diplo/FAPSI monitors,

most MFA Moscow/FAPSI links are very active this Saturday
afternoon around 15:45 UTC. Not sure what the reason is,
but something is definitely haveing them very excited.

Whatever it is, definitely a good chance to see which
calls are still active and to catch some new calls and
their link IDs.

Modes used are Baudot and Crowd36, as well as some PSK
parallel tone modems on selected links.
