I tend to agree, but a solicitation for a homicide isn't trivial.
The guy (RR) is bogus, and illegal, and now we're in possession of 
information, maybe just bravado, or BS, but its not trivial...what would 
YOU do?
I think it's BS, but I'd sure not want to be negligent and hear something 
bad happened to this guy and we knew beforehand...(maybe R IS communicating 
to someone out there?) send the guy an email from an anon source and tell 
him what's going on. Then its his shot. If it's someone he knows, he can 
get a hold of Riley Holingsworth. It's an extortion threat carried over a 
common carrier...that makes it fed territory, I bow out...
